 All DUs will be fully furnished as service apartments and shall be open to
tourism sector. The project shall have the specialty to be utilized by SWO-India
as a holiday resort for its beneficiaries and generate additional income for
the owners of the Dwelling Units.

hill station of northern India and is the destination of thousands of
